Newspaper takes shot at Liberals over ONTC

A Northern Ontario newspaper is taking a heavy shot at the provincial Liberals over their handling of the ONTC.  Tom Mills of the Sault Star takes exception to northern development minister Michael Gravelle objecting to ongoing subsidies for Ontario Northland.  Mills says one quarter of the TTC capital budget is subsidized by Ontario taxpayers and Go trains and buses have received 11 billion dollars in subsidies over the past decade.  Mills says the Liberals have no problem understanding subsidizing infrastructure as long as it’s near Toronto but not elsewhere.
