Marc Serre, the Liberal MP for Nickel Belt, stands by his position that FedNor is getting extra money over the next two years. Serre admits the millions aren‘t part of FedNor’s base funding. But he says FedNor will administer the extra money to help northern communities celebrate Canada’s 150th birthday next year.
