A complaint to police has led to drinking and driving charges.
Around 9:00pm Friday night, Powassan OPP was called with a traffic compliant on Highway 534.
Police were able to find the vehicle and after an investigation, charged a 34-year-old Powassan man with driving while impaired and driving with more than 80mg of alcohol in his blood.
He’ll face those charges in a North Bay court later this month.
