Multiple charges for a Parry Sound man after an attempted vehicle theft. West Parry Sound OPP was called to James Street on Saturday morning before 6:00am but when police arrived, the suspect fled the scene. Officers found the man a short time later on William Street where he was arrested. The 22-year-old faces attempted theft of a vehicle, attempted theft from a vehicle, three counts of trespassing, possession of break in tools, and being drunk in public. He was held pending his bail hearing and will face those charges at a later date.
