The Films That Makes You Think film club will feature an award-winning documentary this month.
Tonight at 7:00pm, the film club will screen Planetary at the Museum on Tower Hill.
In an effort to grasp not only the fragility and beauty of this world, but the near-incalculable breadth of our impact on it, Planetary intellectually challenges us to reconsider our relationship with our home.
Film Club Founder Glen Hodgson says the film presents the issue of planetary change and there are so many things happening around the world and so much information that we are inundated with every day, but visual images have much more impact. Hodgson also says this film makes you see the world with an entirely new perspective and shows unique images that both awe and inspire and it must be seen on a bigger screen to get the full effect of the message.
