Our MP has unveiled his Flat Tax Plan

Tony Clement has unveiled his plan to introduce a single tax rates for Canadians.

The candidate for the leadership of the Conservative Party of Canada and Parry Sound-Muskoka MP took to Facebook and Twitter last Thursday to introduce his plan.

Clement says a single tax rate would not only ensure a fairer tax system, but also allow Canadians to keep more of their hard earned money.  He says the current tax system discourages Canadians from saving, investing and being entrepreneurial.  They are penalized for working harder.

Clement says high and uncompetitive personal income tax rates are harmful to Canada’s economy and Canadians, especially the Middle Class, are having a hard time making ends meet.
