A search for a possible impaired driver has led to charges for a South River man.
Almaguin Highlands OPP was patrolling in the Village of South River on October 6th when they were dispatched to a possible impaired driver. Â Officers found the suspect vehicle in the area of Marie Street and an investigation revealed the 55-year-old driver had been drinking.
He was arrested and charged with driving while ability impaired and driving with more than 80 milligrams of alcohol in blood.  He’ll be in a Sundridge court next month to answer to his charges.
