Bracebridge woman charged after avoiding Parry Sound R.I.D.E. check

Charges have been laid after a Bracebridge woman tried to avoid a R.I.D.E. check in Parry Sound.

On October 8^th, West Parry Sound OPP had a R.I.D.E. check set up on Highway 518 when a vehicle was seen trying to avoid it.

Police were able to stop the vehicle and after speaking with the driver, the 49-year-old was charged with having open liquor out of residence.
