An ATV crash in Seguin has led to numerous charges for a Bradford man.
On October 8th, West Parry Sound OPP along with Seguin Fire and Muskoka EMS was called to a single-vehicle collision on Highway 612. Â A police investigation found a 23-year-old man was driving an ATV on the highway when he crossed train tracks and drove into a ditch.
He was taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
Officer charged him with careless driving, being a novice driver with an above zero blood alcohol concentration, improper insurance, and other highway traffic charges.
