Tony Clement says Trudeau Liberals pushing up deficit and debt

Tony Clement, the Tory MP for Parry Sound-Muskoka, says one thing the Prime Minister has succeeded at is driving up our deficit and total debt.  Clement was reacting to the Trudeau Liberals borrowing another $32-billion over the next five years to boost the sluggish economy.  Clement says this extra $32-billion is well beyond what Trudeau promised Canadians in last year’s election.  Clement doubts borrowing more money will help.  That’s because the Liberals are hitting us with a CPP tax hike and carbon tax that will set families back thousands of dollars each year.
