Police have charged a 36-year-old out of town man with possession and breach of probation. At around 4:30am Wednesday, West Parry Sound OPP stopped a car on Highway 400 in McDougall for speeding. The officer found the driver was breaching conditions from a previous offence. The driver also had marijuana on him. He was held for a bail hearing to answer to his charges.
