A Parry Sound man is being charged with fail to stop for school bus. The incident happened January 26.
Officers on patrol in Parry Sound watched the vehicle not stop for a school bus with its light on and arm extended.
A first offence of this kind is a four hundred to two thousand dollar fine and six demerit points.
After the first offence, a failure to stop charge could give up to six months of jail time.
