Georgian Lanes capped their Knock Down Cancer month with a 16 team tournament this weekend.
The local bowling alley was raising funds for three local causes.
They raised money from shoe rentals and a minimum donation from all tournament participants.
Chris McDonald from Georgian Lanes says they raised $9135.80 for their causes.
The money will go to Routley Bell and Carol Chapman to help them pay for medical expenses. Bell is fighting stage three colon cancer. Chapman was diagnosed with cancer in her brain and lungs.
Money will also be given to the two-year-old daughter of Dr. Aaron Higgins.
Dr. Higgins passed away after his fight with cancer.
