A Henvey Inlet man is in custody after allegedly firing a gun during a disagreement.
Police were called to a house where gunshots had been fired at around 10:30 pm on January 28th.
At the time of the call there had been several people at the house, but the residence was cleared by the time the police were called.
Police waited over nine hours to take the man into custody.
At 7:30am the next day the 48-year-old man from Henvey Inlet had surrendered to police.
The man from Henvey Inlet has been charged with uttering threats, careless storage and use of a firearm and pointing a firearm.
The accused is being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
