A Barrie woman is facing a slew of charges after being stopped in Seguin Township.
The West Parry Sound OPP says the 36-year-old was pulled over for speeding on Highway 400 at 4:02 am on Saturday.
When police learned the woman was driving with a suspended license, she was arrested. Police say after being placed under arrest she became resistant with the officers.
The woman was charged with driving while under suspension, speeding, failure to comply with recognizance, and assault with attempt to resist arrest.
She’s being held in custody pending a bail hearing.
