The West Parry Sound OPP is charging a man after a RIDE stop on Tuesday.
The 45-year-old man from Toronto was stopped at a RIDE check on Bowes Street on Tuesday night around 9:30 pm.
From speaking with the driver, officers believed the man had been drinking.
Police charged the driver with impaired driving and for failing or refusing to provide a sample.
He was released from custody and will be in court October 19.
