Georgian Bay Land Trust is accepting applications for the King Family Bursary.
The Land Trust will award two bursaries of $3500 each to any project that best promotes the culture and history of Eastern Georgian Bay or the North Channel.
Funding for the bursaries is provided through the support of Wally and Marilyn King and John Hartman.
As Janet Brough Tinsley, Senior Development Officer for Georgian Bay Land Trust explains, it could be anyone from a scientist to a writer to a musician who can apply for the bursary.
Applicants must be the age of majority in the province or state they live in.
Deadline for applications is February 5th and winners will be announced on March 30th
