A Whitestone Township man is due in court Friday to face charges involving a fatal collision.
Thomas Hennig is charged with dangerous driving causing death and criminal negligence causing death.
He is scheduled to appear in Parry Sound court at 9:30 am.
The 23-year-old was behind the wheel on January 16, 2017, when he was involved in a crash on Highway 124 in Whitestone that took the life of 56-year-old David Robb.

This will be the ninth court date for Hennig who has not yet entered a plea or been in court to face his charges.
Hennig is currently out on bail confined to his home.
