Update 9:00 am: Extreme cold warning ended for the Parry Sound region.
The Parry Sound region is in the grip of frigid temperatures once again.
Environment Canada has issued an Extreme Cold Warning for the area.
Wind chill values could hit minus 35 overnight and into Sunday morning.

Cover-up exposed skin to avoid frostbite and be mindful of cold-related symptoms such as shortness of breath, muscle pain and weakness, and numbness.
