HABITAT FOR HUMANITY IN PARRY SOUND RECEIVES $5000 DONATION FROM AREA BUSINESS

Support from local business is helping keep Habitat for Humanity active in Parry Sound.

Habitat’s Ontario Gateway North announced last week that Tamarack Construction has just donated another $5,000.

That brings to $15,000 the Muskoka Lakes company has given in total to the home building charity.

Ontario Gateway North Director of Development Britta Gerwin says the $5000 donated will stay in Parry Sound.

The current project is being built through the Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter Work project and involves two families on Addie St.

Habitat for Humanity is currently looking for another family to partner with for a new project in Parry Sound.
