Parry Sound is in a restricted fire zone

The Parry Sound District is now in a restricted fire zone. West Parry Sound Fire Co-ordinator, Chief Brian Leduc explains the restriction:

MNRF Conservation officers will be on patrol, failure to comply could result in a fine of up to $25,000 on top of any damage costs, and three months in jail.
