Update: Three charged in Henvey Inlet robbery

The West Parry Sound OPP have released an update from the robbery at Beckanon Road in Henvey Inlet First Nation.

On December 21st, shortly after 8:00 p.m., the West Parry Sound OPP responded to the robbery.

This investigation included the assistance from emergency responders and three OPP detachments.

The following individuals have been arrested and charged:

Preston Daultrey, a 28-year-old man from North Bay was charged with, two counts of robbery using a firearm and disguise with intent.

Braiden Hines, an 18-year-old man from Strong Township was charged with two counts of robbery using firearm,  disguise with intent, unauthorized possession of a firearm and possession of more than four unflowered cannabis plants.

Calvin McNeill, a 19-year-old man from Trout Creek was charged with robbery using a firearm.

The accused were held in custody and appeared at a bail hearing on December 31st at the Parry Sound Court. We will provide updates as they develop.
