A local man has been charged with sexual assault.
On January 4th, shortly after 11:00 pm, the OPP responded to a report of a sexual assault in Parry Sound.
Kyle Butler, a 34-year-old man from Parry Sound was arrested and charged with sexual assault, assault, two counts of uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm, uttering threats to damage or injure an animal, forcible confinement, and unlawfully in a dwelling house.
The accused was released on bail and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on January 17th.
