Parry-Sound Muskoka is in for a typical fall season. Environment Canada’s Senior Climatologist David Phillips says from now until October you are going to get normal to cooler than normal temperatures.

Phillips says the normal temps are going to be pretty much consistent throughout the rest of the fall season.

Meanwhile, many residents and cottagers in Muskoka has said we’ve had less of a stellar summer. However, Phillips says the trees certainly benefited from the cooler and wet temperatures, which will certainly pay off throughout the fall season.

Peak time for fall colours runs from September 20th to Thanksgiving. Fall officially arrives Tuesday, September 23rd.
