An Amber alert has been issued by the Greater Sudbury Police.
The victim is three-year-old William Gooden. He is described as black, three feet tall with short black hair and a heavy build. He was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt, black pants, a red and white jacket with a Montreal Canadiens cap.
The suspect is 25-year-old Breana Gooden. She is described as black, five feet six inches tall, 150 pounds, black shoulder-length hair. She was last seen wearing a black sweater, black tights, gold skirt and pink white shoes.
They were last seen on a bus heading from Sudbury to Toronto, which means they may have travelled through the Parry Sound area.
Police asked anyone with information to immediately call 911.
