It seems not everyone heeded warnings from the police about safe driving over the long weekend.
The OPP said they got complaints about someone weaving through traffic and driving erratically on Saturday morning in Mowatt Township. An officer patrolling Highway 69 investigated and clocked a driver going over 150 kilometres per hour in a 90 kilometres per hour zone.
The McDougall Township man was charged with racing and stunt driving. His license was suspended for a week and his vehicle was impounded. He has a court date set for June.
