Parry Sound, ON – A hit-and-run in Parry Sound has officers asking for the public’s assistance in finding the vehicle responsible.
Provincial police said in a release that the incident happened back on May 27 when officers responded to a collision on Joseph Street. According to officers, two vehicles were driving south towards Isabella Street just before 9 a.m. Police said the first vehicle went to turn right at the intersection and the second hit its front driver’s side bumper and fender while travelling straight through.
The second vehicle was described as a white “Jeep-like” Sports Utility Vehicle. Police are asking anyone with information to contact their local police detachment or Crime Stoppers.
Police didn’t list any injuries on the report.
