Tips leading to opioid related arrests could fetch $1,000 reward

PARRY SOUND, ON – Near North Crime Stoppers is upping the ante to try and combat the opioid crisis.

The organization said in a release that anyone who provides information leading to a seizure or arrest related to opiates will get $1,000.

The offer will be on for the rest of the year.

Anyone thinking of taking advantage of the reward can remain anonymous by calling the organization or providing a tip on the Near North Crime Stoppers website.

Those who choose to remain anonymous are still eligible for the cash reward.
