PARRY SOUND, ON-All public high school students in the Near North District School Board (NNDSB) are going to be hit with another rotating one-day strike on March 5th.
This action by the Ontario Secondary School Teachers’ Federation will close all public high schools in the Near North District School Board for the day. Â
The board also said that because of safety concerns and the inability to provide the required supervision to students, all public elementary schools in the board will be closed as well on March 5th.
The board confirmed that all Early Years Programs including Childcare, School-Aged Programs and EarlyON Child and Family Centre will remain open and run as usual. Â
