Parry Sound’s two local food banks are meeting the increased needs caused by the COVID-19 Pandemic by expanding the hours that they are accessible for people needing food.
Harvest Share will now be delivering food Monday to Friday and can be reached through their hotline 1-833-366-3447 as well as their Tuesday appointment schedule where they can be reached to make an appointment between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. at 705-774-9111.
Meanwhile the Salvation Army has expanded the days that they are available as well to five days a week Monday to Friday.
Appointments can be made those days between 1 p.m. and 3 p.m. either by calling 705-746-5391 or by dropping by the office at the Church on Gibson Street.
