An investigation is underway after granite cutting equipment was stolen from a business in South River.
On Sunday, around 12:30 p.m., members of the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police responded to a theft from the business on Ena Avenue.
Police believe the theft took place sometime between Friday and Saturday.
Granite cutting equipment – including a forklift, a table saw, a 100-inch blade and a sheave for the saw, were all taken from the property.
The value of the missing items is approximately $40,000.
