A man has been arrested after refusing to comply with members of the Almaguin OPP.
On Friday, around 9:15 p.m., officers received information about a possible impaired driver in Perry Township.
The driver was located in Novar, and he was subsequently arrested.
A 28-year-old man from Perry Township faces charges, including failure or refusal to comply with demand.

The accused will be before a judge at the Ontario Court of Justice in Sundridge on July 30th.
The OPP is reminding drivers that drug and alcohol-impaired driving have always been illegal, and this has not changed following the legalization of cannabis.
