OPP investigating sudden death in South River

Almaguin Highlands OPP are investigating 2 sudden deaths that happened in Laurier Township.

The investigation started on January 1st when officers from the detachment found the bodies of two people.
The Fire Departments from South River Machar and Laurier also responded as well as the Parry Sound Emergency Medical Services.
A 22 year old female and 23 year old male are reported by police to have “died sometime during the night.”
The cause of death is under investigation, but police say there is no threat to public safety and foul play is not suspected.
