West Parry Sound’s very own Sgt. Shelley Van Erp is co-organizing the Canadian Police Curling Championships taking place in Whitby in April.
Police say Van Erp is an avid curler and frequent participant in the Provincial Police Curling Championships.
The national event is scheduled for April 6th to 13th at the Whitby Curling Club. Twelve teams will participate including teams from Ontario and Northern Ontario.
