Residents in the Municipality of McDougall could see their property taxes increase 6.33 per cent this year.
A draft 2024 budget, presented in mid-February, showed increased operational costs across all departments.
A $2.5 million capital budget calls for significant investments in roads, including $360,000 for the rehabilitation of Hoddy Side Road and $275,000 to repave Felsman Drive.
McDougall has also earmarked $250,000 towards the West Parry Sound Recreation and Cultural Centre and allocated 121 thousand to renovated Nobel community hall.
