A popular landmark, the Gordon Bay Marine Lighthouse, is no more.
The structure toppled into the waters of Lake Joseph early yesterday morning.
According to the Gordon Bay Marine Facebook page, the lighthouse had tilted notiecably in recent weeks and efforts were being made to assess and plan for repairs.
The structure collapsed into the lake before any action could be taken.
