A 23-year-old Kingston man has been charged following a fatal crash in Seguin Township.
West Parry Sound OPP says officers, along with local EMS and fire fighters responded to a single vehicle collision on Tally Ho-Swords Road shortly after 11 p.m on Saturday.
Police say three people died, and one person was air-lifted to a Toronto-area trauma centre with life threatening injuries.
The 23-year-old has been charged with three counts of dangerous operation causing death, and three counts of impaired operation causing death.
He was held in custody pending a bail hearing, which was slated for July 22.
An OPP investigation is on-going.
