Members of Bimaajitoon Search and Rescue, which serves the West Parry Sound District, will be out for a training session on July 28.
Officials say members will be working on various search and rescue tactics in the area of the Carling Community Centre, and that people may hear someone yelling ‘Carling’, as part of a training scenario.
All searchers will be easily identifiable in bright, reflective clothing.
The Bimaajitoon Search and Rescue team is part of the Ontario Search and Rescue Volunteer Association and assists the OPP when called upon.
