Investigators with the York Regional Police Homicide Unit have issued a Canada-wide warrant for 47-year-old Zhixion Marko Hu, who is wanted for First Degree Murder in connection with the human remains found in Parry Sound earlier this month.
On August 12, Ontario Provincial Police located burned human remains in the area of Avro Arrow Road and Highway 400.
According to police, the remains were identified as 56-year-old Mississauga realtor Yuk-Ying Anita Mui.
During the investigation, police seized two vehicles associated with Mui, a white 2019 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with the Ontario license plate CWHW720 and a grey 2021 Porsche Cayenne SUV with the Ontario license plate CTZT172.
Though the vehicles are with police, officers believe they may have had different license plates leading up to the the victim’s disappearance.
