Santa Claus is coming to town.
The Parry Sound Santa Claus Parade has been tentatively rescheduled for this Saturday, December 7th, at 2 p.m.
Town officials have collaborated with the Downtown Business Association to make it happen.
Officials say parade will stage in the Dunn’s Storage Parking Lot, and travel along William, James and Bay Streets, ending at the Stockey Centre.
“While we are enthusiastic about the parade on this new date, it’s important to highlight that this is weather dependent,” reads a statement released by the Town on Dec. 3. “We reside in Northern Ontario and are deeply aware of how unpredictable our winter weather can be. In the unfortunate event of another severe weather disruption, it will not be possible to reschedule the parade.”
