The storm that is sweeping across cottage country has left thousands without power.
Hydro One’s outage maps shows the power is out across a large chunk of the province, and it’s the same here at home.
Approximately 3,000 homes scattered across the Parry Sound District are without power. There are outages throughout Township of Carling, Wausauksing First Nation, The Township of the Archipelago, and Seguin Township.
Estimated restoration times range from 9 p.m. on March 31, to 6 p.m. April 2. Some outages have yet to be assessed.
Hydro One says crews continue to work with contractors to restore power to hundreds of thousands of customers across the province after the weekend ice storm.
Officials also say more than 358-thousand customers have been restored since the start of the storm.
The utility says it will take several days to restore all customers.
