No professional development happening today

There will be no professional development going on at schools today.  Secondary and Elementary school students have the day off today, but as OSSTF District 4 President Glenn Hodgson explains, it’s not a PD Day.

Hodgson says as part of the deal imposed on them, a second unpaid day must be taken by March break.  Teachers in individual districts can agree on a day to take but if they can’t agree, the government says they must take the day before March break begins.
