Seguin looking for interest in new development

Seguin Township is looking for interest to develop a second phase of homes in Humphrey.

After the success of Seguin Place that began in 2008 with a mix of senior’s residences, rentals and condominiums, Seguin is looking to see if there is any considerable developer interest in another similar project.

Phase two would consist of a mix of single and multiple family residential lots in Humphrey on North Sandy Plains Road.
