Some big changes could be coming to the local snowmobile district

A plan to improve snowmobiling across the province has been adopted.

At the 2016 Ontario Federation of Snowmobile Clubs (OFSC) Annual General Meeting, members voted to implement the More on the Snow strategy.  The strategy will bring some internal changes to the way snowmobile clubs deliver their trails over the next couple of years while providing enjoyable riding experiences throughout the province.

Currently, the More on the Snow strategy is to provide well groomed trails for the best rider experiences across the Ontario.  Looking ahead a few year into the future, the plan will have some districts come together as one with our own District 10 merging with District 7 in Muskoka.

Trail passes for this season go on sale starting on Saturday with only online purchases available.  Go to the www.ofsc.on.ca and remember to buy from where you ride.
