A man from Barrie has died on Highway 69 south of Sudbury after the pick-up truck he was driving went down a rocky embankment. At the time of Sunday night’s crash, the man was pulling a boat when everything went off the highway. The victim, who was 56, died at the scene. A 55-year-old male passenger from Innisfil had to be freed with the Jaws of Life and he was treated for non-life threatening injuries. OPP from Sudbury are working on what caused the truck to go off the roadway.
