Health Centre looking for proposals for Bowes Street lands

The Hospital in Parry Sound is looking for proposals for the lands along Bowes Street.
The West Parry Sound Health Centre is now accepting proposals for the best use of the lands currently used as a car wash and propane sales centre and used to be used for a gas station and feed supply store.
All final analysis of the Site Condition Report indicates that the property meets Ministry of Environment and Environmental Protection Act requirements.
The deadline for proposals is March 12th then Health Centre staff will review the proposals and make a recommendation to the Health Centre’s Property Finance Committee.
