The Parry Sound Harvest Share Food Bank is starting a new program this fall.
The food bank is starting up its Community Soup Kitchen. The first day will be Monday September 25.
The soup kitchen will run from noon to 1 pm at St. James United Church. It’s $2 or a donation for a bowl of soup.
The food bank is also looking for donations of turkeys for its Thanksgiving dinner on October 4.
You can donate a turkey or money for a turkey at the Harvest Share building at 22 A Miller Street from 9-2 Monday to Thursday.
