New Figures from the OPP reveal that nearly half of all fatalities on Ontario roads involving drugs and alcohol were victims of the crash. This statistic is based on numbers gathered over a 15 year period. Tragically, the percentage of victim deaths versus impaired driver deaths has risen over the last four years.
