The Parry Sound Public Library is one of three finalists chosen for an Impact Award.
The Impact Awards are presented by the Parry Sound Muskoka Community Network for excellence in public and business innovation.
The library will compete for the $1000 winning prize in the category of Public Innovation.
Library CEO Rita Orr says their Surfin’ Seniors program submitted for the award is something the Parry Sound area needed.
Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony in Rosseau on March 22nd.
