Impaired charges are pending for an out-of-towner driving in Whitestone.
A West Parry Sound OPP officer on patrol spotted a car travelling on Highway 520 on February 6 at 2:30 pm.
After pulling the car over, the officer determined the driver had been drinking.
Charged with impaired driving and driving with over 80 milligrams of blood-alcohol is a 60-year-old Burlington man.
He’s due in Parry Sound court on March 15th.
The OPP wants to remind you that there is no safe amount of alcohol or drugs when driving and to call 9-1-1 if you suspect someone of driving while impaired.
